Meet Taheira.
Taheira-Aija Sururghiu-Sasa is a talented circus artist whose journey is a remarkable example of what can happen when talent, education and determination come together.
Already dedicated to the world of circus performance, Taheira had spent years developing her artistic abilities and performing with the Circul Metropolitan București. Her ambition was to continue her development at a higher level while building the academic foundation needed for her future.
At Britannia International Academy®, we saw not only her talent but also her commitment, discipline and potential.

Circus performance requires extraordinary levels of concentration, resilience and perseverance.
Taheira brought those same qualities to her education.
Throughout the programme, she worked consistently towards her qualification while continuing to pursue her artistic ambitions.
84% — DISTINCTION
Taheira successfully completed the NCC Education Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies, achieving an overall result of 84% – Distinction.
Her qualification was awarded on 27 July 2026.
The Next Chapter: ÉSAC, Belgium 🇧🇪
But the qualification was never simply about receiving a certificate.
It was about where it could help take her next.
Following a demanding admission process, Taheira was successfully admitted to the École Supérieure des Arts du Cirque (ÉSAC) in Belgium.
She is now beginning her first year at ÉSAC, taking another major step towards the future she has worked so hard to build.
From circus training in Bucharest to studying for her Level 3 qualification with Britannia International Academy to beginning higher studies in Belgium — her journey demonstrates what can happen when education is designed to support a young person's ambitions rather than stand in their way.
